Dutch Boy® Maxbond® Plus Exterior Paint + Primer is made with Extreme Adhesion Technology for a finish that is designed to stand strong against weather extremes. Maxbond® Plus Paint + Primer can be applied directly over sound, non-peeling, previously painted surfaces that are chalky, dirty or glossy without the need to power wash or sand.
